"Hugos place was surprisingly gorgeous. Ive stayed in a few places in PR and this time Old San Juan was a 1st. I loved the beautiful plants that adorned the walkway to the room. The property was clean and quiet. Located in the middle of Old San Juan, close to stores, restaurants and the cruise port. Hugo replied back quickly and addressed any of our concerns. This rental went smooth and effortlessly. Hugos rental is definitely recommended. You wont be dissapointed. "

"It is an old hotel and does show its age. But you expect it. There was water on the bathroom floor when we walked in we had to wipe up. "This place is a rundown dump. It is nothing like what is advertised. It says this is a Hilton property. If it is then Hilton needs to close this down. This is coming from a Hilton rewards member. Room smells, bed is small, carpet is dirty, building is old, door is unsecure. I am itchy just staying in this room. I am sleeping with all the lights on because of how filthy the room is. I need to be sure nothing is crawling on me. So upset I paid almost $200 to stay in this dumb for one night."
