"When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox open and i was told she had other thing to do but i could go there and people world be there to help i was 1 and 30 minutes away the picture i never got but was told to get there and it'd be open, worst exprience after traveling an hour from airport for that lock box to not open to...

"This is a lovely property at the edge of a forested natural area. The location is terrific if you want to be in nature (which I did!). Each staff member was super friendly. The pool was clean (and warm!) and the courtyard just wonderful. The flowering trees, abundance of birds, and adjacent trails were dreamy. Our balcony was amazing. "The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
