Location was convenient but room was way overpriced. Plain walls, not a single decoration. Balcony doors that were not even airtight and thus very noisy. Tv mounted near ceiling. One single uncomfortable chair. There was nothing but a bed and bathroom and oddly an adjustable standing desk in a tourist area and not a business one. Bizarre lack of anything warm or inviting.

The location and staff was great! The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lack of amenities include no closet, desk or chair, no toilet brush, no cups or glasses or soap dish but it's not a dealbreaker unless you have a lot of luggage or traveling with more than one guest. The room is just right for 1-2 people. The location is ideal and within walking distance to iconic sites, restaurants, cafes, shopping, bakeries, everything!

Picture of the hotel is misleading because it’s supposed to be next to water with nice terrace but not true. My room has no windows. No chair to sit inside the room. No facial tissue.

Staff was very nice, area outside the hotel is extremely loud due to trash truck working throughout the night, traffic, cars playing loud music late at night, early morning construction . unable to sleep throughout the night due to outside noise. I notified a staff member about the noise and he notified me that management is aware of the noise because they receive multiple complaints about loud noise on that side of the hotel.

Edgar was very helpful with sharing information about the area and where to eat, shop and places to visit. The price was excellent for the location. The only negative was our room did not have a window and could of used a luggage stand.

Perfect hotel for a short and convenient stay at old San Juan. If you are going to stay at Old San Juan, probably you are going to be out all day and just need a room to sleep and take a shower. This hotel is just perfect for that. Only thing I will change is that you can hear everything from the hallways in your room.

This property is older and our room was quite sparse but spacious. We had a city view which was a mistake because the street was noisy until 3am. Also, in order to look out on to the street, you had to open a “door”, otherwise the door stayed closed and locked with no visibility outside.

The hotel is as advertised. If you're looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to stay a night while makung the transition from long travel day to boarding a cruise ship, this is a great option. Walking distance to the port was a plus for us. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is small but servicable. Drawbacks are the lack of windows, a place to set our luggage and no chairs in the room.

Really good centralized location for walking the old city. Front desk staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I had to make several requests for housekeeping before my bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, i.e. the toilet. There was often quite a bit of noise late at night and in the early morning. I think that was due largely to the building having an atrium through which the sound could easily travel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Also, beware of the $25/day "destination" fee, which I didn't initially notice in the billing.
