"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "

"We took our family here for spring break. The property underwent ownership change and renovations since we last stayed. They allowed us to check in a little early, excellent service considering we have small children. Security were on site as well for added comfort."

"Resort is beautiful. Stayed with other family for wedding in the area. All my family loved their rooms and their stay. Great dining reasonable prices and food was delicious tho limited choices. Very handicap accessible as my mother was in a wheelchair. Great location to hop on the 5 and be anywhere in no time at all ( depending on traffic). About 15 min to airport which was great! Parking $45/nite and $39/nite resort fees are a bit much but knew that when I booked. Wish resorts would just include those in the price per room. Oh well. Stayed before and will stay again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend. "
