Filthy rooms. Stains on carpet and bathroom floors. I wiped the. Bathroom down with my baby wipes because it was atrocious. Bathroom door lock broken. Complimentary shampoo conditioner and soap was gross and smelled bad. Hair on carpet. Thermostat broken. Shelf where safe is was broken and almost fell while hanging clothes. Room temp was hot the entire stay. No water in any vending machine. Asked front desk they said not our problem. It’s a third party. No water for kids or for taking meds. Had to drive off property to get water late at night in a not safe area. Staff was unfriendly. Overall a horrible place to stay. So disappointed. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were way cleaner than this property. They spend a lot on decorating the lobby but that’s where it stops. Staff was hard to locate and when you did find them they were unhelpful. How do you have so many vending machines and every one was empty. Staff could have opened the deli store and allowed guests to purchase water when they were informed by several guests that there was non available in the entire hotel. I hope the manager is held responsible for how horrible this place is run.

Great place to take your family, especially a large family on a budget. It did not break the bank, and it was a very nice quality hotel. We also had the best sushi at the restaurant on location. Shuttles to Disneyland, were easy and convenient.

The consistency of the shuttle and a comfy bed are what make this hotel successful. The walk to your room is long and the hotel itself has seen better days but really all we cared about was going to the park. The rollaways you can add are decently comfortable.

The staff were very rude and unfriendly, our room didn’t have enough toilet paper and the shampoo and conditioner were out, no one came and cleaned the room while we were out, it was very noisy and we didn’t get to sleep well, our room was dirty and cold. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs with our luggage . Overall it was a horrible experience for such a memorable moment with our kids

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we loved the shuttle to Disneyland, but we did not get the rooms that we reserved on our reservation, buffet food was not worth the price, the sheets on our bed were ripped. The bathroom very outdated. And the shampoo smelled very old . We only stayed 2 nights so was ok .

Beautifully landscaped. Our room was warm, the air temperature would not go below 75 degrees. I'm from Az and like my room temp about 68 degrees.

Have stayed at this location many times with my family. It is one of my wife’s favorite hotels in the area. Until she finally agreed with me on this trip. The lobby is always beautiful and the front desk welcoming. This visit I noted trash outside the front doors scattered around. When arriving to our room, beds were hard, the power outlets were so worn, nothing could be plugged in without being braced by something. The tub on the first drained slow and the shower had minimal water pressure. The trash cans missed liners. We ignored all of this because it was a short trip for only 3 nights and room was inexpensive. But on night 2 the bathtub had completely stopped draining and we called down to get it fixed and we were told there was nothing they can do and to call in the morning because it was after 11pm. So my wife and daughters weren’t able to bathe after a day in Disneyland. The next day was the same issue and we called, we were told they had no idea what we were talking about and “nobody called and no work order had been placed to fix it.” We were told that it will be fixed later in the day and we went back the park that day. We were called and a voicemail left saying they were unable to fix it and we can move to a room across the hall. With that news on our last day, we figured we would head back as soon as fireworks were over. When we got back, we were told that there were no more rooms on that floor to change into. After my wife spoke with them one magically appears.

The first room we were given smelled bad and was on the outskirts of the property. We were moved to a better room. The room was clean & served its purpose. Some of the staff was not friendly. The bus schedule to the park is wrong. They say it comes twice an hour at 15 min and 45 but this is not true in our case. When folks depend on the ride, they should stick to their schedules. We won’t be staying here again.

Theme and decorations were excellent. Staff were kind and courteous. We usually stay at the Disney or the California grand but with the transportation to the park, the large rooms and the price, I think we prefer your hotel for our next stay. Great place to stay !
