I really like this place and it is now my go-to for flights out of Burbank airport. I really like the in-house Cuban restaurant. It is all fresh unprocessed food. Outdoors it is noisy due to an adjacent freeway, but indoors it is well sound insulated. The staff is friendly in an authentic way.

Stayed at Ramada for four nights to visit Universal studios, the Hollywood walk of fame, and Santa Monica pier. Upon check in the staff was very helpful. The parking lot is large. All rooms face an inner courtyard and you can only access the rooms with a keycard. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the pillows are small. The air conditioner is noisy but not bad. The ice machines are by the elevator every floor. I could only get a minimal amount out though. Multiple vending machines on the first floor that take card only. There is a microwave In the lobby and fridge in the room. Randy’s donuts close by was delicious and friendly. Right off the freeway which made it easy to get to Costco, Walmart, universal and Santa Monica. Also close enough to take surface streets and avoid the freeway.

The room was clean. My neck went out from the pillow being so firm. It’s 6pm the following day and my neck is still out from the pillow. The A/C was really loud like all the other reviews on here. The A/C fan could have used some WD40 or new blades or something. The room TV was a Samsung TV that’s 13 years old. The WiFi signal was so weak that it didn’t work most of the night. If you don’t need to use the A/C or WiFi and bring your own pillow then it’s a great room.
