The hotel was beautiful, had lots to offer, and was centrally located to all the things we did in Tokyo. We had a room in the Premier Main Tower and a room in the South Tower. The main tower is newer or newly remodeled. The main tower is the way to go. The staff was amazing. Always cheerful and helpful. My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and the concierge desk was wonderful in helping us get the piece locally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Tokyo, this is where I will stay."
