"Wonderdul japanese hotel, we loved visiting the old part and its miniature exhibit. We stayed in their japanese style room, they are great for a family of 4, spacious, nice bedding and bathroom. The only issue is door heights, a bit small if you are 6ft or taller :)"

"Ebisu location is great, only one train stop from Shibuya if you want to hit the tourist spots, or only about 15 min walk. So you can be away from the hussle and bussle a bit. Plenty of dining options around The location is only 15 min walk from the train station. Supermarket is located directly across the hotel. Super convenient to pick up fruits and drinks. Decent room size in a high density city. "

"Rooms are right above train so noise was a bit annoying. Location is amazing. Very convenient as train station is right outside hotel entrance. Hotel is also part of train and shopping complex with drug store and restaurants. Hotel room was not very clean. Dry old toothpaste left on sink counter. Hair strands on bed after room was cleaned. "

"This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though. "

Great location and excellent service!

"Great location! The hotel is next to a train station so the commute with trains is very convenient. I assumed the hotel room given is based on the number of people because mine is perfect for one person. It’s clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they still provide towels, yukata and other essentials in a bag by your door even if you don’t request cleaning. I like this service. "

"Location! Location! Location! Its steps away from the station in Shibuya and the shibuya scramble. The staff are nice. It’s closed to convenience store and McDonald’s. They even lend us umbrellas cause it was raining. There is a water dispenser where you can get cold water. The only thing is the room is a little bit small. "
