"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. "I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel!"
