"The hotel is very small and in a semi-rural area of Kyoto. However there is a 7-eleven situated literally across the road from it, making it a little bit more convenient. The staff and service were excellent. The free amenities were excellent. The room had a washing machine, drying machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Everything you need for a trip. Overall 5 stars. "the room is very spacious. be warned that it is a couples hotel but overall my bf and i enjoyed the hotel room. the room we had, had a ‘all you can drink beer’ faucet which my bf loved. the area is inconvenient because the nearest train station is about 17 mins by walk, but not unbearably bad. we did notice pubic hair under the sheets, but that was the only thing that was unclean. stuff like amenities were free as long as you bring them back to the front desk area. all and all, would come back...

The facilities in the hotel are top notch, offering a public onsen and an ice cube making machine. The subway is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Customer service is also very good. "The hotel was great! I booked a last minute room for my mom and we were pleased. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer happy hour and free ice cream (really good). The atmosphere is great from the entrance and reflected in the room too. It was super clean and it had a window that opened widely. It also had a turntable in the room! Really enjoyable after long and tired days. It has laundry self service. Definitely I will book again if I travel to Kyoto! "
