"We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "

"Great friendly staff and clean housekeeping. I thought the onsen bath was on the facility. It's why I booked this hotel. I didn't know I had to prebook the private onsen bath room that doesn't belong to this hotel, thus I could not use it. I had to travel far out to enjoy a hot springs bath. There was a noisy thumping group above my room on my last night there past midnight. I told the staff and the noise stopped eventually."

"Very nice hotel, location is great - just be mindful the nearest subway into town is about a 5-7 min walk depending on your walking pace. Bus stops are closer though. The elevators get quite jammed during check out time so be mindful of that. These are absolute nit-pick comments as I had a great stay and the staff are ultra friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!"

"Hotel is nice and clean but it's far from restaurants and shopping area and the room is too small for the price. Breakfast line is ridiculously long! i asked if i can take breakfast to go the staff said yes but I wasn't allowed to get anything but bread and fruits. Moved to Holiday Inn Namba and was allowed to take I want from the buffet line."
