"This hotel isn't a far walk from Kyoto Station which was very convenient. A good amount of food options nearby. The staff was very friendly with the breakfast buffet having a good amount of options. I wish there was a self-laundry site but they do offer laundry services."

"Wonderful residence stay in Kyoto! The room was clean, with great amenities and everything you need to cook simple meals. Comfortable beds and the location was great. The only negative was that it smelled and felt humid and damp but it was also very rainy all weekend so I don’t think it could be helped. Overall I would return! Thank you for the hospitality."

"We stayed in a Superior Triple Room as a family of four and with one large suitcase, the space was adequate. Two large suitcases might have been tight. The room was nice and clean. The included amenities were great, attractions were either walkable or a station was within a block away, but the best was the staff - very helpful and hospitable. "
