"Ordered room service (Breakfast) I orderd oatmeal, toast and orange juice. First of all i only receive a fork and knife to eat with. NO SPOON. There was no plastic covering my oatmeal and toast. So the meal was cold. The oatmeat was thick and cold."

"we had a great stay here. We loved that we got there, parked our car and didn't get back in it until we left. The purple van will take you where you want to go and pick you up so you don't have to deal with parking. Our room was beautiful and clean!"
