「Exceptional.」

「This was our first time staying at the El Verde Inn and it was a pleasure. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a golf course right near the property. The weekend we stayed it was cold outside and we enjoyed the gas fireplace inside the room many times. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was fairly large and had lots of mirrors. Also enjoyed that there was a Keurig coffee machine in the room. It was a lot of fun staying there and would...

「First thing, i dont think i was even going to get the initial room i had booked. The room i was initially given was a bit small and someone was still enjoying their stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and got us another room and since it was smaller; I got a partial refund. That was pretty much the only problem we had experienced. I will continue to book this hotel because it also gas various resturants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great customer service and parking.」
