I did have an issue with my ground floor window not locking, but it was taken care of on a Sunday with limited staff. It was pretty quiet while I was there, the staff was friendly enough. "Ordered room service (Breakfast) I orderd oatmeal, toast and orange juice. First of all i only receive a fork and knife to eat with. NO SPOON. There was no plastic covering my oatmeal and toast. So the meal was cold. The oatmeat was thick and cold."
