"The property was beautiful and uniquely designed. My only complaint would be the lack of cleaning services. I stayed from Thursday night to Sunday and not once did anyone come to clean the room or restock the toiletries. They also charged a $150 hold for possible use of the mini bar and in room snacks. That was different for me."

"I found the Hotel to be clean, well kept & responsive to the needs of its guests. The rooms are large & spacious with convenient amenities such as a micro wave, small refrigerator & good lighting throughout. I do wish their was a Hotel Bar to enjoy a libation throughout my stay "

"Ordered room service (Breakfast) I orderd oatmeal, toast and orange juice. First of all i only receive a fork and knife to eat with. NO SPOON. There was no plastic covering my oatmeal and toast. So the meal was cold. The oatmeat was thick and cold."

"The pros: Great price and close to Old Town, Downtown, University area and Bio Park. Very clean and the staff was friendly and kind. The cons: Being right on historic Route 66, you get more than your fair share of people with loud cars and bikes revving engines at all hours. This isn't the hotels fault - you'd probably have this problem at any of the old motels on the strip. But if you're a light sleeper, it's something to consider. The fixtures are a bit dated, the AC was pretty loud. The bed...

"The staff was nothing but accommodating. Helpful, courteous, and even providing the shuttle to/from airport on Sunday. Breakfast has a variety of fresh cooked and packaged products with the best coffee!. A great location with bus lines a short walk away, Old Town Plaza a short 5 minute walk, and staff helpful on locating transit. I look forward to coming back and exploring the area more"
