"Weather was perfect and we had an amazing time. The only thing I thought could be better was the bed size. Their “queen” beds were really like a large twin. They were tiny. My other son had to use the pullout couch because the beds were so small. Other than that it’s a great place. Super big and a lot to do. "

The food was amazing and totally worth the all-inclusive package. The beach was beautiful and calm. I totally recommend it for couples or families!"

"I Loved My Butler Ray. He Was Very Attentive,Polite,Nice,Caring And Respectful. We Did Have A Bad Leak In Our Room Where The AC Was The Ceiling Would Sweat And Water Would Drip Drop And Cause Puddles On The Floor. The Toilet Would Not Flush The Water Tank Would Run All Day Long. Otherwise Besides The Room. The Restaurants,Staff, And Bussboys Were Amazing. Definitely 8/10 For Me. "

But We were very disappointed for the last 4 days when a large group arrived and the rest of the guests were moved out of the buffet into a smaller outdoor eating venue which was open to the weather and had a lot smaller selection of food. "The food was colorful but tasted the same. It would seem that the island is surrounded by ocean and sea on all four sides, but you won’t see any seafood except fried fish and crab sticks. There was cockroach in room. Plus the toilet and bathroom was in bed condition was fly. Be careful the check in Stuff can send you to another hotel. They don't let your taxi into the hotel grounds if you didn't order it through them so you need to walking about 300meters to your taxi, even if you are leaving...
