Todos lo relacionado con el hotel Serenade estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones, la comida, la playa y la atención entre otros. Didn't like that the jacuzzies weren't heated. The jacuzzi on the balcony of the master suite that can hold 5 people has a sink faucet to fill and takes 3 hours to do so. The floors in the master suite were dirty. The showers had hair in the corners. Room service was terrible and couldn't get the room service order right, not once. No effort was made by staff to decorate or celebrate for 10 year wedding anniversary. Rooms have little to no room decor. Floor lamp had European plug that wouldn't plug into any outlet in the room. Room fridge was warm and couldn't keep drinks chilled. Furniture was built poorly causing doors not to close properly or not at all. Room had paint over all surfaces, including glass, counter tops, and floor. Balcony glass was dirty and almost falling out of mounting frame. Resort restaurants had limited dining options and upcharges for lobster and tomahawk steak. Resort provides no shuttle services. Resort staff lacks smiling faces. Waterfall at resort wasn't working. Power went out in portion of resort causing coffee bar issues. Guests were allowing their dog to roam around and bark at people.

Luxury hotel on a lovely beach. Overall great holiday that met 5* expectations, food and drinks were good. Whilst staff were polite, most were not friendly and gave you the impression you were putting them out. Swim up room was lovely but pool area not very private and close to neighbours.

Overall wasn't a bad stay. The problems we ran into were not getting the room we asked for, we asked for a single king bed and got two queens. The other group we were with got theirs changed and one of them even got a free upgrade... they couldn't even give us the correct room. Food options were limited especially for lunch. Dinner buffet was ok just got old after a while. I recommend booking a dinner at one of the restaurants any night you can.

The front desk stuff was not friendly. Two days we requested to fix the hot tub on our deck and after they fixed it was work only for one day. The steamer they provided didn’t work, the scales didn’t work. The food in the buffet was good but two restaurant out of three we went the food was not good at all. After we attended steak house last night we go directly to the buffet because in the steak house can’t eat those meat. In our room was a lot of mosquitoes. The beach was very clean but it is impossible to swim because it is very shallow, literally knee-deep. The stuff outside and in the hotel was friendly. So, overall this is not even four stars hotel. My personal opinion 3,5k for four night with flights are too expensive for this hotel

We loved it! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I thought the night life could be better. It was quite confusing to find activities on the adult side - last night no employees even know what the 70/80 show was or where to find it. Having to go back and forth between the two apps made it difficult too.

This is a lovely resort to spend your winter vacation at. It is has a quiet, chill vibe with just enough activities that you can participate in or not. The resort is beautifully landscaped, has a beautiful beach and 3 pool areas with ample chairs and shade. The rooms are big and modern with attentive cleaning staff. The food and drinks are good; you will not be hungry or thirsty! The staff is wonderful as well—we enjoyed interacting with many of them. This resort, and the DR in general, have made it an easy choice when deciding where to spend our vacation dollars.

The service was not good throughout our stay. The night we went to the steakhouse was horrible- it seemed like the staff didn’t know how the restaurant ran, and we were barely given any meats that they’re supposed to walk around with. Tappenyaki at Koi WAS good and great service. Our room had multiple leaks in the ceiling - we had them fix it and they were prompt but the next morning there was a new area leaking and the ceiling coming down. Stunk of mold and mildew in our room and the wooden doors were falling apart at the bottom from the moisture in the room. Maids were great! The beach party was fun- but aside from that there wasn’t much PM entertainment. Overall would not go back.

It was a beautiful property with access to the beach. My only complaint was the food was okay, the hibachi was the best and hottest food we had the entire stay everything else was luke warm. We were not able to get reservations to the steak house during our stayed they were fully when we checked in.

We really enjoyed the kindness and overall friendliness of the staff at All Suites. In particular, people like Alejandro “Super Duper,” made the experience fun and special as we had never experienced an all-inclusive, VIP resort before. While he stood out, we had only good experiences with the rest of the staff as well!

Nice property overall. There were not many activities or amenities, but this was perfect for us as we just wanted to unwind and enjoy the beach and our swim-up pool. The food is good overall. The Brazilian steakhouse did not offer the Rodizio experience when we were there. We reserved this, but we were not told it was not available when we made the reservations. If there is one thing that left a sour taste in our experience, it was during our transfer from the airport. We hired a round-trip transfer service from and to the airport via Viator, not from the one recommended by the hotel. We were dropped off at the lobby of the hotel when we arrived. However, when it was time for our pick-up after checking out, the hotel security will not let our ride come in to the lobby because they "were not authorized" to come to the hotel. This is an unacceptable reason since they were the same service that dropped us in the lobby when we first arrived. Customer service did not help either. Viator is a reputable provider that is accepted internationally. We did not have this problem when we arrived nor when we stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana in the past. To the hotel's credit, they provided us with a golf cart to take us to the front gate, only to be met by a very disrespectful and unhelpful security staff. I wish I got his name! I hope that Serenade will re-train ALL their personnel in hospitality service. A few bad apples can ruin an otherwise wonderful experience.
