Place is huge and no briefing on the trolley system which would have helped greatly. Was not told that we needed a ticket to check out and give the bellman before they would let you leave. "Loved the amenities, location and vibes of this hotel. Extremely clean and the outdoor landscaping and pool areas were very well maintained. Only area of improvement is the food, it was just OK. The restaurants didn’t have many options to choose from and the quality was just ok. The buffet seemed to have better options. Overall, great vacation here!"

"The RIU property appeared to be the most beautiful of all other local resorts. It was mostly kept clean. I noticed what appeared to be vomit circulating in one of the pools for 5 days. There was a lot of debris in the adult only pool with the bar. We reported that it shower head was improperly working but nothing was done to fix it. "It's a great place. Plenty of food options, pools, bars, games, restaurants and daily entertainment acts. They won't let you be bored! Meet Francis and Marvin by the beach for fun group activities."

It was quite confusing to find activities on the adult side - last night no employees even know what the 70/80 show was or where to find it.
