Our recent stay at your resort had both enjoyable moments and areas that need serious improvement.
Starting with the positives, we really appreciated the kids club staff—they were energetic, friendly, and constantly engaging the children in fun activities. Our kids had a great time there, especially enjoying the pool and splash sessions, which were definite highlights of the trip.
However, we faced significant issues with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. There were ants, cockroaches (even in the washroom), and lizards, which made the environment very uncomfortable. Our children were frightened and hesitant to even use the washroom, which seriously impacted our experience.
The food was average overall. While there were decent options available, the menu was repetitive and lacked variety over the course of our stay.
Considering the level of discomfort we experienced due to the hygiene issues, we feel a partial refund would be appropriate. We hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements for the comfort and safety of future guests.
