The highlight was the amazing service from Leanna Wallace at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a room upgrade and a special package. The hotel was clean, well-run, and in a great location. Only small issue was the bed—one side felt like it was sinking in a bit, so the mattress might need replacing. Still, everything else was great and Leanna’s hospitality truly made the experience 5 stars. Looking forward to staying again!"

"At first they gave us the wrong room because we requested a king and bunkbeds. They made it right. Took about an hour but we got the right room and next to the gate to go into the water park which is amazing. "
