Property was under construction, obviously not convenient for guests. The staff at reception were not friendly nor accommodating. No smiles or guest greeting skills. The bar tender, when asked a question, just said, "look there, and see for yourself." Very stand-offish staff throughout. At night, my room was inundated with the smell of marijuana from people smoking it in other rooms. Can't breathe at night!
