「Good mid-Cape location with lots of good, inexpensive restaurants and activities nearby. Since it was among the coldest days of winter, we didn't actually see much of the outside property. 「ホリデーウィークエンドにチェックインの予定でしたが、当日、滞在予約がないと言われてチェックインさせてくれず、挙句に果てにはチェックインは前日で、無断キャンセルしたと嘘をつかれました。対応も横柄で、聞く耳持たず、 Hotels.comのカスタマーセンタースタッフがホテルに直接連絡を入れても嘘を突き通しチェックインさせなかったので、Hotels.comが別のホテルを急遽用意して下さいました。ホテルと言うよりはモーテル並みの施設で古く、海の前でオーシャンビューだから予約しましたが、金額も祝日だったので随分払ったのに、接客態度は最悪で、他の宿泊客とも揉めており、結果的には、あんな酷い対応のホテルに泊まらなくてよかったと思います。」
