「It was raining and cold all the days we were in, no one’s fault. The bathroom could be cleaner and some areas need some renovation. The arcade was not working. An indoor game room for families could be a great addition to the place. Food was good and staff were friendly 」

「Comfy bed, great blackout curtains. Only odd thing was the room had no carpet—was wood-like floor in room and tile in entry and bathroom. Very cold!」

「No elevator. Dangerous stair way with heavy suitcase. No explanation of room arangement and hard to figure out which door would be the closest to the room. Cold AC wind came from the hallway and room temperature became too cold to sleep even turning off the room AC. 」

「朝食は種類は少なかったですが、美味しかったです(ワッフルがオススメです)。客室のタオルも十分過ぎるほど備わっていました。不満な点はプリマス自体が車がないと、不便なところぐらいです。ホテルはプリマスロックから徒歩で行けます。」

「I've visited the property last year to attend an event. Was pleased with the experience, I therefore returned this year. The only bad experience this time, was the fact that one of the residents had a dog that was frequently barking, even after 11:00pm. 😣 My son, who was traveling with me, has Autism, and the barking was too intimidating for him. We were on the 5th floor. 」

「Should have a parking attendant to keep non guests out of lot, parking was for patriot place shoppers or guests of the hotel but attendees of the event were definitely parking in the lot 」
