"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. "Excellence is a solid 4*. The all inclusive, adults only atmosphere is nice, grounds are beautifully decorated, food was very good, for the most part drink and food service was fast. We arrived at the property in the morning and were able to enjoy the property including breakfast and lunch before our check-in time. Here is where it is lacking - you can tell the rooms are getting worn, we had a dinner reservation that we were 10 minutes late to and it was not honored, but was remedied best...

"Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working. So you’re eating and sweating. The pool service by Carlos and Fernando was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Staff was all great. Would definitely stay here again and I hope that AC gets fixed asap! "
