"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."

"This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. "Place was clean and a very traditional Japanese house. If you want authentic, this is your place. Only 1 chair and desk, so sitting on the floor all the time is a bit tough. Good location, quiet and quaint. Could use some helpful kitchen items like oil, soy sauce, s&p. Instructions throughout house was great. Great udon mom and pop shop around corner and local museum. Close to subway and quick bus to Asakusa and other areas. "
