"We stayed here for our last night in Japan. The moment we got out of our taxi they grabbed our bags and prepped it to be sent to our rooms. I also love the connivence store on the first floor for late night snacks. The airport shuttle in the morning was so nice. Will stay here again!!"

"The room is on the smaller size compared to U.S. but definitely enought space for my family (2 teenagers, 1 toddler and my husband and I) The room is really clean and they brought us waters everyday. The hotel is really clean and my toddler loved the interactive wall in the lobby. The toidoir has a lot of things. After we checked out we locked our luggage and went to the shopping mall across the street. The train stations are connected to the hotel through a bridge which makes it easier to get around. The"
