Good location, it’s opposite Arlanda express. Very near to major shopping area as well as the market food halls. Very friendly staffs and we enjoyed the complimentary mulled wine.

There were no drawers in the room so most things had to be left in the suitcase and got out every day. Also only had a short rail ie no wardrobe and a few hangers to hang up clothes. So more storage would be good. But great space in the bathroom for personal toiletries

The hotel staff was awesome, very helpful. Rooms were nice, and there is a decent common area space as well. Breakfast is okay, poor drip coffee, the rest of the food was your standard breakfast - nothing to write home about.

The heating in the room was not working and the temperature in Stockholm was around 9-14 degrees so I felt cold. The receptionist said a heater can be provided. They struggle to find one and in the end I was provided with a very noisy heater. I appreciate that they tried hard to look for a heater but it took them very long and I am not happy with the noisy heater.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was right next to transport as well as local within distance walking to touristic places. Definitely recommend a single room was so cozy, clean and spacious. Would definitely come back. I also had free breakfast included which was amazing as I had many options to choose from :)

I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. It was close to the train station and it was very easy to walk to Gamla Stan and other areas of the city. While the rooms were small, the fun decor made up for any drawbacks due to size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I told them I had to check out early - before breakfast - in order to catch my flight, they made up a meal and had it waiting for me when I checked out! I'll be in Stockholm again next year, and will plan on staying there again.

The condition of the hotel is very good. The breakfast was excellent. The lady (maybe called Tina) who made check-in for us is very nice and gave us very useful information. She has also upgraded my room. The hotel is clean and very convenient to everywhere. I will definitively stay here if I will visit Stockholm again.

Great location. Room was tiny but very well designed. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant was excellent. Good value for money. Staff friendly and attentive. Only complaint was that the room faced an open area behind the hotel which was noisy.
