Completely Renovated 3BR 2BA Gulf Front Heated Pool - No Storm Damage

Newly remodeled 2nd Floor, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach Cottage Condo with amazing Gulf views sleeps 8. Important to note we are on the pool side, not the bird sanctuary side. The pool side is much more desirable. Our heated pool is open year-round. Indian Shores is a quiet classic beach town with soft white sand beaches. Centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. Our stylish, clean condo features custom-built cabinets, granite countertops, and a fully stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer.

Indian Shores, Florida, is a serene coastal destination known for its pristine white sandy beaches and stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a tranquil vacation experience, with opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and leisurely beach walks. The town features excellent seafood restaurants where you can savor local delicacies like grouper sandwiches.

Best vacation
Wonderful time with family (kids 7 and 9) and parents (elderly)- the walks on the beach, the gorgeous water- with many dolphin sightings. Pool and hot tub- were great. Plenty of restaurants around- salt rock grill and crabby bills our favorites. The owners were attentive and looked to every need, responsive and always available. We all had the absolute best time!!!

This condo is beautiful! The location is excellent, right on the beach and the hot tub and pool were wonderful. The condo was clean and the property manager was easy to reach and even contacted us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We were extremely happy with it and would stay there again when we go back to Florida!

Family beach weekend
We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Cottages! The place was clean, roomy and well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs & a wagon to carry everything! Beach was not crowded at all, and the premises was clean and very secure. The pool area was great, with gas grills for pool side dining. I highly recommend this property, and plan on returning next year. Eric & Jen were exceptional at addressing any questions or concerns about their place, without delay.

Great spot for a large group
We had four adults and three children stay for a week. The unit was spacious and very clean. Also some nice touches like toiletries in the bathrooms. Overall, great location with a nice pool. Common areas a little worn and dirty but thi unit is top notch.

The single most 'you can relax' factor to us is if the place is clean. We were delighted to find this property IMMACULATE. No Cheerios under the coffee-table, no dust behind the door. We were delayed in getting out of town due to hurricane. Eric was super helpful by recommending a great place *close enough* to the airport to make more affordable. Very appreciated!

Perfect Place for Thanksgiving Week
Great living space for all 9 of us, including 3 yr old and 8 month old. Weather was great. Great view from 2nd floor balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking pool and the gulf. Enjoyed the heated pool all week and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for families. Condo was great- clean and had all quality beds. Had everything we needed and easy access to local restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Beach Condo
This condo was great! We stay at a lot of rentals and very rarely does the unit live up to the pictures and description but this one did. It was super clean, came with everything you would ever need in the kitchen and the furniture was almost all new. Laundry was great as well. Location was awesome. The private beach area was never too crowded. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The communication from the owner was excellent and they checked on us several times to be sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental unit!
The property was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The owner provided paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, small toiletries to start us off. Kitchen was very well stocked, all the dishes you would need, spices and even Kuerig cups! It was so nice being able to move in and enjoy the place without running to the store our first night. The owners are very attentive, checked in to make sure we had what we need and let us extend our checkout since no other tenant was behind us. The condo is as lovely as the pictures present! We have never had such a great experience renting a condo and would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend!
Wow! This condo unit was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious & equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is a whole closet full of things for the beach-chairs, umbrella, cooler & toys. Nice balcony that overlooks both the pool & gulf. Enjoyed sitting out in the mornings with coffee & in the evening we had amazing sunsets. Pool area had plenty of lounge chairs & umbrella tables. The homeowner was great & quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.
