We were pleasantly surprised! We felt safe, they have a guard for ALL incoming traffic! They were pleasant. The food was decent at the buffet. No complaints this way AT ALL! Looking forward to staying again in the future

Bit disappointed for a 3.5 star property, it certainly isnā€™t, more like a 2.5-3 star max. Needs an upgrade. Had a room facing highway, and could hear construction noise late hours of the night. Towels old with holes and dingy. Staff barged in room without knocking and my wife had just came out shower asking if weā€™re checking out 3 days into our 7 day booking. Even after telling them no they passed back still trying to get into room. Elevators are old and look like a service one. While dispensing hot water from dispenser I got burnt because water was spraying out. Alerted staff that they need to do something about it and their suggestion was to place cup to cover nozzle. Restaurant staff were however very pleasant.

Everything was great! Short drive to Disney (maybe 15 minutes with traffic). Disney Springs right down the street. Food options are endless (lots of local to other state options as well, White Castle, Portillos, Skyline, Giodarnos). Shuttle service to a few attractions. Security at gated entrance 24/7. Store, bar, restaurant on site. Pool was warm, lots of towels available, gated splash pad, ice cream vending machines, arcade, we have no complaints at all. Room was clean, AC is cold controlled from in the room, wifi works well, nothing fancy but perfect for a reasonable stay close to Disney and all the local attractions. If you are willing to sit through a presentation for time shares they will get you discounts on Disney tickets (we didnā€™t have time or patience but others might). Even though we chose not to participate, the guy wasnā€™t pushy and was very helpful.
