I stayed in the other boat, so moving between reception / breakfast area located in the main boat and the cabin on the other boat was a little inconvenient, partly due to the hustle of going through locked gates into the second boat. 「Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming service at the reception. We were able to check in 2 hours early and there was a coffee machine incl. oat milk which was great. The location is fantastic just a 4 mins walk from the metro station and 3 stops from the old town. The breakfast selection was good as well. The only downside was the somewhat dark room despite 2 windows and very small and dark bathroom, which was a surprise. 」

「I was very satisfied with staying at this hotel. First of all, staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful for everything. Actually I was arrived there at night, but I didn't have any problem with check-in, because they gave me necessary & sufficient information before by mails. Clean room and facilities, well maintained. Nice breakfast, that I could have very tasteful bread and rolls. It may be not in a tourist area, but quiet neighborhood and convenient location for Commuter Rail and Metro,...

「I arrived within the time I told in advance, i.e. 18:00-20:00. Somebody at the door phone opened the entrance without checking whether I am a guest so I thought there would be somebody to check me in inside the building. However, there were nobody and I had to wonder around without knowing which room was mine!
