"We had a fantastic stay in Osaka. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful with various options (Western and Japanese). The rooms are clean and staff helpful. Nothing to complain about really. I would come back anytime. "

Room was a little tight with the amount of luggage I was carrying but otherwise very pleasant; most travelers won't have a problem. Extremely useful amenities for leaving luggage at the location if arriving before check-in, and coin laundry on site which was a lifesaver for me. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
