"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms Izumi provided detailed instructions during the check-in procedure. The onsen facilities were excellent - exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings. The kaiseki dinner on the 1st night and the Kobe beef on the 2nd night were excellent. We would definitely return to stay."

"We loved our stay here! Definitely want to return to stay at this onsen. We were greeted at check in with a sweet gift for our honeymoon it was so thoughtful! We loved arashiyama and the convenience of how walkable our hotel was to both stations and the town. The beds are so comfortable the room we stayed in was spacious.
