「- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) -...

「空港からタクシーで１５分（約２０元）のロケーション。 大きなプールがあり（ジャクジーはない）、Sanyaビーチも道路を挟んで歩いてすぐ。 プライベートではないが、ここのビーチエリアはいい感じに並びのホテルと距離があり、ビーチチェアの数も多い。遊泳禁止ではないが、波が高く泳いでいる人は少なかった（ビーチアクティビティはゼロ） またバス停も道路のすぐ出たところにあり、市内中心部まで約２０分で移動できる（片道４元・本数は少なめ）。 朝食のブッフェは、種類の豊富な中国料理メインといった印象だったが、洋食メニューもそれなりにあった。 このホテルで注意したいのは、部屋のグレードである。基本オーシャンビューとマウンテンビューがあるが、可能な限りプールサイド側のオーシャンビューを選んだ方がよい。マウンテンビューは空港の滑走路向きで、飛行機の騒音が夜中に気になるレベルなので覚悟が必要（深夜便もある）。」

「Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. 」
