"Hotel was clean and quiet. It was priced well. The pool seemed heated which was nice. There was good snorkleing right off the beach of this hotel so no need to take a snorkeling tour unless you just want to see something different. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tiki bar had drink specials every day from 5 to 7pm.(2 for1) each day.It was a different drink special daily. The breakfast was decent with several options, however lunch and dinner were over priced and did not meet expectations...

"Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. Everything was fresh. Daniel was very friendly and wonderful to talk with. The last nights he made us drinks. As good of a margarita as I have had on the island. Overall a great place. "

"The best snorkeling area in Cozumel was in front of Coral Princess. We enjoyed the view and the convenience of being able to walk to downtown. The resort is a beautiful place to stay"

"The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. The pool and pool area was nice. However, they were building a new stairway and the little time we wanted to use the pool the worker was too noisy...

"We had a fantastic stay here. The food was very good for an all-inclusive with a number of nice/varied restaurants, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pools/pooldecks/beach/grounds were all immaculately maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable with responsive housekeeping, and there was a great variety of facilities and activities. No complaints at all!"

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"All around it was a good experience I like the resort the staff was friendly and kind. Shout out to Carlos in the breakfast section my server the food was always good despite the reviews. Nicholas clean my room every day but most time he didn’t leave enough towels but the room looks clean . Note for housekeeping the showers need to be scrubbed especially in the grout and the weave my was dirty room 9203. Not a bad experience will stay again. "
