Our home, RIM VIEW CHATEAU at Lake Powell, is a gorgeous luxurious 3 story home of over 4300 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that has amazing views and includes a beautiful spa and pool! With more than 300 feet of view fence, you find yourself nestled on a large private property that sits high on the Manson Mesa with unlimited views of Lake Powell, the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River, Page National Golf Course, amazing plateaus and canyons that invite more than 2 million visitors per year! Go to our Video Links tab to see the home! At the Rim View Chateau, you control 'Time'. You can relax in luxury and fall asleep with your eyes wanting to stay open just to enjoy the views from your room. If you want to exercise, the most beautiful views you will find are located on the Rim View Jogging trail that are accessible just below this home. If your spirit is aggressive, the true beauty of this area is at your disposal...from Water Skiing, Snorkeling, Mountain Biking, Fly Fishing in the Colorado River, River Rafting or just exploring areas that are beyond imagination such as the Horseshoe Bend or the Skinny Caves... you will not find a better place to enjoy your vacation! With Two (2) KING Beds and Five (5) QUEEN Beds all in separate rooms and Four (4) full bathrooms there is plenty of privacy for everyone. The entertainment room is a very large room that features large reclining leather seating & 52 LCD screen. Max Capacity for the Rim View Chateau is 14.
Need two (2) nights? We can sometimes fit two (2) night stays into our reservation schedules but we must limit the maximum about of people to 8 with additional costs per person thereafter. Call us and let talk about your dates.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time in page. Lots of things to do. The weather was great so we had plenty of pool time! Great house and the booking/arrival process was easy. Good communication with the hosts.

Beautiful house, views, and outdoor space
We had 13 family members, ages 1 to 78, staying at the house. We had plenty of space for everyone, and all of us loved the views and outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We fixed several family meals. The owners, Scott and Amy, and the property managers, Bryan and Amanda were very responsive. Overall, it was a fabulous trip!

We had a great time at this property! Had plenty of room for our group of 9 and we enjoyed all the property had to offer from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, to the large downstairs living area where we watched movies. This was a great house that worked in all the important ways for us!

This property was absolutely amazing. The outside area was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out by the hot tub, pool and fire pit. We had Bryan contact us prior to arrival, and met us at the house and reviewed how to operate everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
My family of 13 loved our 6-day stay here, particularly the beautiful and spacious entertainment area in the backyard and the well-stocked kitchen. We cooked in nearly every night! Though we had no need for it, there was plenty of recreational gear in the garage. And the house is well-situated to the many natural wonders that abound near Page. The property manager, Amanda, was very responsive, and we also enjoyed meeting the owners, Scott and Amy, who were working on the gorgeous “sister” property next door and graciously invited us in for a sneak peak (7000 sq ft—a real stunner inside and out)! We would definitely recommend either/both of their properties for a memorable Arizona/Utah vacation.

The house was perfect! Space and rooms for our family vacation. We had 13 people and it was beyond equipped for that many! We loved every second of being at the house. What a fantastic property in a perfect location! This house was perfect for our entire family. The abundance of pantry items was great. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and amazing views! Page is a great town with plenty of places to get an amazing meal. Memories for a lifetime!

Very pleased
The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and it's close to alot of the sights you would want to see when your visiting Page. Owners were very accommodating and the house manager was very helpful with anything we needed as well.

Spectacular Property/ View
This property fit our family of 14 perfectly. Something for all ages, pool, hot tub, firepit, and a swing for the young ones, all over looking a spectacular view. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely do this again!

WONDERLAND!
We had a family stay of 14 people. 1 year old to 75! The home was that...a home. Expansive, amazingly stocked, and the outdoor living area was incredible. The view will leave you breathless, truly that good. We utilized the hot tub and the firepit, enjoying both the evening and day views. The hosts, Amy, Scott and Brandon were wonderful. The location is central to so many amazing places to hike and see. We would definitely stay here again.LOVED IT!!!!!

Wonderful stay
Scott’s home has everything you could need for your Lake Powell vacation. So much space inside and out, close to walking paths, short drive to Wahweap marina, and breathtaking views. Our families enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while kids played in the pool with the floaties and toys or playing air hockey and Pac-Man in the basement. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of seating for all of us. Fully equipped with a high chair, pack n plays, all your kitchen needs, large pantry, coffee maker, keurig, blender, literally just about everything. We would definitely return! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Spectacular property!
When I booked this I thought it was a little over-priced but it was a "resort" property so I thought I'd try it. My kids/spouses were absolutely blown away. Breathtaking Views
The property was perfection. We spent most of our time outside, either at the lake, which was only a short drive away or in the backyard, swimming and taking in the stunning sunsets. This was by far one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at and can't wait to rebook for another family trip next year! We all joked that the backyard view has forever ruined sunsets for us- nothing compares!

Best place in Powell!
Beautiful home in a great location with a scenic view that has everything we needed! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group of 12 (3 couples, 1 single adult and 5 kids between ages 15-17). Each room was spacious and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and even purchased a coffee grinder and rice cooker for our stay! We spent everyday on the water and looked forward to coming home for a nice shower, meal and good rest before going out the next day. We will definetly be back next year!

Beautiful property and perfect location
We had a large party (8 adults, 7 kids) and this house accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of gathering space. The owners were very responsive and the house had everything we needed. Everybody down to the one year old enjoyed the rim path right outside. We were so close to lake Powell and horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. Grand Canyon is 140 miles ... It was an easy day trip with lots of time at the GC. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic home for a family vacation
Thank you so much to Scott, Amy and Bryan for helping to make this family trip truly outstanding by providing such an amazing property for our home base. We had family ranging in age from 2-80 years and everyone just loved the home. It was very clean and well-appointed both inside and out, with plenty of space for everyone. The outside space was truly special. After a busy day at Lake Powell or elsewhere, it was wonderful to come home and cool off in the pool, prepare a nice dinner in the fantastic kitchen and end the night with sunset views from the hot tub. I cannot recommend this property more highly.

Amazing house, yard and view!
This house was clean as a whistle and comfortable as can be. The beds were excellent quality. We all slept great! Kitchen was stocked amazingly! From utensils to crock pot to fine serving ware! BBQ grill outdoors. It had everything we could need and more! Probably the most impressive thing about this home to me was the landscaping! The yard was meticulously kept. Beautiful plants and shrubbery and the best looking mature tree ever right outside the kitchen window. It was located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is not one single thing that I can complain about. We had the best vacation in Lake Powell ever...all thanks to this beautiful vacation home!

Awesome Views, Immaculately Maintained
We just returned from this amazing home, and we all loved the amenities, and the awesome views! This home is very well maintained and cared for, just as good if not better than the pictures. Our communication with the homeowners was prompt with any questions we had, check in with Brian was great, as he showed us around the home and provided us with all the information we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The beds and sheets were all high quality and comfortable, the home has most anything you may need, (pool toys, towels, etc.) and the kitchen is very well stocked too. The pool and spa were perfect to end our busy lake days with, and this property boasts so many options for dining indoors and out- you could enjoy dinner in a different location every night of your stay! We also had the opportunity to meet the homeowners, Scott and Amy who were the nicest, friendliest people. Page and Lake Powell were wonderful, and we hope to return again and stay at the Rim View Chateau very soon.
