The space
Our townhouse is a two level unit, where you can find both bedrooms upstairs including a full bathroom , giving you a privet area from the first level where you can find the modern kitchen, dinner room, living room with a wood fire place and T.V., and a half bathroom just next to laundry room .
Also in the same level you will find a nice back patio, where you can enjoy a book with a glass of wine .

Other things to note
ENVIRON HOA POOL RULES
1. US COAST GUARD approved floatation devices and water wings are permitted
only in the roped-off shallow end, and only when the child is accompanied by an
adult in the water. All other types of floatation devices are prohibited always in the
main pool (e.g. no rafts, inner tubes).
2. Diaper-age babies must wear swimsuit and rubber pants. Disposable diapers are
prohibited in the pool.
3. Adult Swim will be announced during pool hours. During the adult swim period,
children must be completely out of the pool to allow adults 18 years and over to
swim.
4. Children using the wading pool are the responsibility of the parent, not the
lifeguards, and must be accompanied by an adult. Children over seven (7) years of
age are not permitted in the wading pool.
5. The pool may be closed at the discretion of the pool manager on duty in the case of
the threat of thunder, lightning, rain or an operational breakdown.
6. No alcoholic beverages or drugs will be allowed in the pool area. Persons under the
influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool area. If found under
the influence of alcohol or drugs at the pool, the police will be notified.
7. Only authorized personnel are permitted in the pool office, filter equipment rooms,
on the guard stand or behind the gate desk. Residents are not
permitted in these areas.
8. Unauthorized persons found inside the pool enclosure when the pool is closed will
lose their privileges for the remainder of summer and risk prosecution of
trespassing.
9. Radios will not be allowed in the pool area or on pool property. Hand held music
devices are permitted with use of earphones.
10. Persons using the pool must take a cleansing shower, using soap and water before
entering the pool.
11. Any person having any apparent skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cough, cold,
nasal or ear discharge, wearing band-aides or bandages, or having any
communicable disease shall be excluded from the pool.
12. Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose, ands similar unhygienic actions are
prohibited in the pool. Due to COVID-19, you will be immediately dismissed for
these unhygienic actions.
13. Swimmers must wear appropriate bathing attire.
14. No boisterous rough play or running is permitted in the pool area
including decks, dressing, shower and grass areas.
15. Only one person at a time is permitted on a diving board and/or the
ladder. Dives must be straight out and away from the board. No
flips are permitted. Only one bounce is permitted before diving.
Divers should swim to the nearest side of the pool to exit.
16. Glass containers and other breakable objects will not be allowed in
the pool area or locker rooms.
17. No knives, weapons or other dangerous items may be brought onto
pool property. Possession of these items will result in immediate
removal from the pool and suspension of pool privileges for the
remainder of the season.
18. Food and drinks must be consumed in the designated areas. Do
not leave any open containers of food or beverage on the pool
decks unattended. All trash must be deposited in the waste
receptacles.
19. Baby carriages and strollers will be allowed in the table area and
must be kept at least 15 feet away from the pool at all times. No other
wheeled vehicles, otherthan wheelchairs, will be allowed in the pool
area.
20. Persons must stay clear of the guard station and not loiter at the
check-in desk or any other location within the pool area.
21. Children under 13 years of age may only use the
pool when accompanied by a parent or by an adult
of at least 18 years of age
22. No throwing of objects within the swimming pool or pool area.
23. Only approved play equipment is allowed. Diving sticks, swim
through rings, water proof playing cards etc. are permitted. No balls
or inflatable devices that can be thrown or used to hit others will be
permitted.
24. No jumping into or swimming through the lap lanes when in use.
Pool staff will flag these lanes when in use by lap swimmers.
25. No Smoking is permitted in the pool, on the pool deck or within
the office, or locker rooms.

Summer Hours of Operation: 11 am to 8 pm daily
Montgomery County School Days: 4 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday
(The first 1 1⁄2 hour and last 1 hour are Adult Lap Swim only)
Environ Residents (adults & children) must have a valid (activated)
pool access card to be admitted into the pool
11:00-12:30 Adult Lap Swim (18 years and older) There are 7 lap lanes. If
there is high demand, you may be limited to 30 minutes of swim time.
12:30-7:00pm Family Swim (all ages). Children under the age of 13 must be
accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
7:00-8:00pm Adult Lap Swim (18 years and older) There are 7 lap lanes. If
there is high demand, you may be limited to 30 minutes of swim time.
