"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. "事前に調べて行ってたので、施設のコンセプトを理解して有馬の街を堪能させていただきました。温泉街にて自宅のように、まさにそういう風に過ごすことができました。 部屋にいくエレベーターを降りてすぐのところにビールと酎ハイの自販機がありました。ビジネスホテルレベルの値段で置いてくれてますので飲み足りないときはそこで更なる水分補給。部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫（冷凍機能なし）、ポット、洗面台ながしがありました。 古いですが綺麗に清掃してくれてます。チェックアウト12時もありがたかったです。"
