"Good sized room very close to the station. A couple of small cleanliness issues, but mostly clean (linens and towels clean). Friendly staff at the hotel, convenient location within walking distance to the castle as well. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms Izumi provided detailed instructions during the check-in procedure. The onsen facilities were excellent - exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings. The kaiseki dinner on the 1st night and the Kobe beef on the 2nd night were excellent. We would definitely return to stay."
