"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely. There were plenty of choices for food, several pools and the beach, plus watersports and boat excursions. We had a great time!"

"We were in the M building which was very convenient to the beach lobby and restaurants. My daughter was in B which was ok for them but I as a 72 yr old with asthma would have needed to call a shuttle every time I wanted to come down to the beach lobby or restaurants."

"The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants...

"its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME"

"Beautiful beach! The rooms and food were good. It looked a little tired and outdated. The resort just reopened in January of 2023 and they are getting back on their feet. There is a complete rehab of the facility happening this year and things should be amazing at Jolly Beach this fall. "

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."
