「We were there the week of March 29-April 5, 2025. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend The Verandah. Here is information that I look for in a review:Overall resort: Good. It is clean and well kept. It is spread out, but nothing that we could not walk. They also have shuttles that will take you anywhere on the resort. 「Overall a very nice place to stay. We stayed on the Merrywing side. There are some simple things they could do better to bring it up a notch. Gym- fill the automatic disinfectant station or leave wipes. You feel a bit grimey as there is no way to clean anything before or after using. Room Cleaning- never replaced hand towels or face cloths. We went to Waves upon arriving while our room was being readied and waiting 20 minutes at counter bar. We asked for drink menu but no one ever came to take...

「Beautiful property with expansive grounds. The pool and beach area are beautiful, but we were very disappointed that guests were permitted to personal music systems very loudly at both locations. For a resort of this cost and caliber, we expected a more upscale experience. Also, the food at the restaurants was disappointing, even for a hotel, and lemongrass was terrible. Also, the hotel made no mention of the villa rooms being across the street, up an enormous hill and only accessible via golf...

「We are seniors and while it wasn't easy walking conditions they had free shuttles that no matter when or where you were in the resort, they would pick you up and take you where you needed to go.」

「The villa is right on the water and has a lovely patio and balcony. It is close to restaurants and a grocery store, plus the marina. It was very clean and comfortable and Joann is lovely. 」
