「We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...

「The property has stunning views. There were small hiccups like plug points not working and some water leakage issues, we could overlook these issues because the location is right on the water. You get stunning views of the ocean and the beach is pristine behind the property. Angel is a helpful man. 」

「This is a great property. It’s approximately a 5 minute drive to Eagle Beach and is very centrally located. The suites are very clean and comfortable and the pool area well maintained. There is a dog on site, Bobby, and he’s very sweet. Bring some treats if you stay. The environment is very relaxed and the owner responds to all texts promptly. This will definitely be a property I will rent from again!」

「Blue Haven is modern and in a quiet enough spot with only a few minutes walk to all amenities especially the beach. The staff are polite and the property is exceptionally clean with everything you need in the room to cook, relax. Excellent price for an excellent acommodation in an excellent spot. 」

「Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. 」
