"The property is well maintained and overall clean and tidy. The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that). "The woman that works here is so so lovely. The beds are comfortable, but the ladder to get up to them is slightly difficult to navigate. The showers were great and had loads of hot water. Food available here is also good. The beach is right across the road, which is great! There's a FamilyMart, 7/11, and Tesco within walking distance."

"Absolutely gorgeous villa. Beautifully designed with views that come straight out of most people’s idea of ‘idyllic’ . However, you need to understand that to get this kind of view on a small and busy island - it is by necessity REMOTE .. not ‘a bit away from town’ REMOTE with an incredibly difficult road that requires an experienced 4WD driver to reach the villa. "Very good location - right in the middle of chaweng (a two minute walk to quality bars/restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc), and at the same time located on the beach - can easily walk barefoot onto the middle of chaweng beach. My room was fifteen metres from the sand. Good value for money. The real downside, the compromise, is that it’s not the best in terms of fixtures and fittings, decoration and cleanliness, and the surrounding site is in parts detelict. But they do seem to be working...
