「From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately....

「ホテルの写真がTrulliだったので、部屋の窓からスケッチする予定でした。ガーデンビューの部屋予約したのですが、Trulliはレストラン棟の屋根のみで、部屋から見えなく残念でした。WiFi のコネクションが良くないです。」

「フロントの方の駐車場所の指示などがとても的確で、停めている間にもチェックインの準備や荷物を見ていただいたりと、スタッフの方がとても親切でテキパキと対応していたのが大変気持ちよかったです。シーズンオフのせいか朝食会場には私たちしかいませんでした。朝食が素晴らしく、生のモッツァレラチーズがあったり、美味しい卵料理を作っていただいたりイタリアならではの朝食を楽しめました。近代的でとても居心地のいい綺麗なホテルでした。」

「Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money.」

「The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip (we came for a wedding), the food at the hotel was very nice and so was the pool. However, the hotel was packed with families and quite noisy. I think it is a great place for families, but perhaps not if you want to go as a couple and have a relaxing time.」

「Hotel de très bon rapport qualite prix. La chambre est très propre et le ménage très bien fait. La psicine est propre et grande. L hôtel est géré par une famille agréable et aux petits soins. L'emplacement est une bonne alternative aux villes touristiques du secteur (15min alberobello)」

「理由１．部屋の電源が落ちていて、スタッフを呼んだら、謝りもせずブレーカーを上げていった。２．ＴＶの電源接触不良でフロントに修理するよう電話したら、２０分たっても何の連絡もなし。　催促の電話をしたらやっとスタッフがきたが、その際もフロントのスタッフは何の謝りもしない。ホテルのグレードが良好なのにスタッフの質が悪く、再利用する気にはならない。」

「Très bonne expérience dans un trulli, mais attention à l’escalier en planche de bois qui est presqu’une échelle. Très bon petit déjeuner avec jus de fruits, yaourt , croissant, gâteaux, fruits, omelette et jambon. Parking privé dans la cour de la maison.」

「とても清潔なホテルです。バスタブ、テラスもあります。地下駐車場からエレベーターで直結しており便利でした。近くにそこそこの規模のスーパーもあり、おいしい食材がたくさんゲットできました。電気ポットが４星クラスのホテルは部屋に無いですね。フロントでも貸し出し無しです。団体を受け入れているホテルは、盗まれるので置いてないようです。ここだけ減点ですね。テュッルリまで距離が少しありますが歩いていけます。」

「This was a beautiful site, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The only things I would recommend changing are the mattresses, which were firm but futons and didn't provide great support. Investing in good thick mattresses would make a huge difference. And I would also add a nice scent to the linens as everything smelled very strongly of vinegar, which we understand is used to disinfect ecologically. But a bit of lavender or lemon essence would dramatically improve the scent.」
