「Overall the villa was great, the layout and pool were perfect for our needs and the place was clean. We traveled with a baby and were hoping for a microwave for sterilising bottles, there wasn’t one but that’s on us for not checking. 「フロントの女性があまりにも酷かった。連絡しても繋がらずかなり待たされた。通された部屋はあまりにも酷くアルベロベッロの滞在が悲しいものになりめした。トイレのドアは閉まらず部屋も薄暗く（電球が１個抜かれていた）部屋全体が荒れていて手入れがされていなかった。翌日も荷物を預かることも出来ないと言われてしまいました。スーツケースを持ってどうやって見学するのでしょう。私達は沢山の旅をしていますが、色々な意味で最悪の宿でした。になりました。トまらず部屋」
