「Beautiful property in the country. A small car is needed to access it. We stayed end of season & trulli was a bit cool/damp - heating’s an extra charge. Hot water worked intermittently in shower -it couldn’t be repaired during our 5 day stay. There are security cameras at property/pool which appear to be monitored - host contacted us at 1:30am when we forgot to turn off outdoor lights. 」

「Es gibt leider nur eine Klimaanlage im haupthaus und keine weiteren in den Nebengebäuden. Wäre schön wenn im unteren Wohnbereich auch eine wäre oder zumindest in jedem Schlafzimmer .Der einzige große Nachteil an der Unterkunft ist, dass man in der Umgebung (ca 1.5 km radius) weder telefonnetz noch internet hat. Und das haus ist leider sehr schwer zu finden ohne google maps. Ein festnetz wäre angebracht. Zumindest um Hilfe anzufordern falls etwas im Haus passieren sollte. Mit WLAN kommt man da...

「Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables! La maison est très agréable à vivre avec des équipements et installations parfaites. La piscine et les terrasses sont extraordinaires. Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par Bettina qui nous a donné beaucoup de bonnes adresses. La maison est très bien entretenue grâce à une femme de ménage très efficace et agréable .」

「We loved this property in a convenient area to explore the trulli region. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. We did not use the pool because it wasn’t warm enough. We did walk on the aqueduct just behind the house. This remodeled trulli had many beautiful and tastefully decorated. The host was easy to communicate with. 」

「フロントの女性があまりにも酷かった。連絡しても繋がらずかなり待たされた。通された部屋はあまりにも酷くアルベロベッロの滞在が悲しいものになりめした。トイレのドアは閉まらず部屋も薄暗く（電球が１個抜かれていた）部屋全体が荒れていて手入れがされていなかった。翌日も荷物を預かることも出来ないと言われてしまいました。スーツケースを持ってどうやって見学するのでしょう。私達は沢山の旅をしていますが、色々な意味で最悪の宿でした。になりました。トまらず部屋」
