"The property is beautiful, modern and gigantic, if you’re up for some exercise, then walk around otherwise take the trolly or boat is a must as everything is spaced out and takes around 20 minutes to get to. Poseidon is a cute spot for lunch/dinner. The beaches are beautiful, clean and clear blue water, The resort’s best feature would be the family selection side where it’s really kid/family friendly and offers butler service. Excellence Playa Mujeres - Adults Only All Inclusive

"The room was excellent. Although....a real door to the bathroom would have been appreciated. The glass door that doesn't go to the floor seems like an odd 'privacy' compromise. Service at the VIP restaurant was inconsistent, from excellent to average The beach is beautiful and great for long walks, but the water is tough to swim. The VIP swimming pools and beach lounge areas are great.. Other pools are not heated and cold. The facilities are beautiful. Lots of bars and easy to get to. Tipping is expected....even suggested by staff!"
