"Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. "This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. "The property is very neat and clean. There are only 7 rooms. We didn't hear anything from anyone in a neighboring room. The room was as pictured. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. "Home was as described.The views are unbeatable.We had a lovely time. we apparently were there during the worst. Weather Isla has had in quite some time, so the pool was really too cold to use. But our time was still very enjoyable and we will be back."

"Property was very nice, would have liked a bar and cafe on site. They allow private events so we didn’t get to use the pool 1 day because there was a private event. We had some issues with the electric but I’m sure that will be fixed. "

"We loved our stay! Loved everything about it. We had one issue with the toilet not filling up with water and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Had a small issue with internet and was fixed within 10 minutes! Great place to stay and it was amazing! We stayed in October and came back with the kids at the end of November. Our kids loved it! Ate at Mayan beach club a few times. Great food. Go to Chedraui and get some food or snacks. We absolutely loved the sunset view. "

"It was the perfect week long vacation for our group of 8 friends/ partners! The layout made it easy for us to enjoy privacy and also be together. Hanging out by the pool when we felt lazy was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We could cook at home when we felt like it, and go out when we didn’t. "Spent a week with family and trull amazed with the resort, facilities, staff services and the beach. The resort is composed of 3 units, Grand Palladium Select, Grand Palladium Family Selection and TRS (adults). We stayed at GP Select with granted access to GP Family Selection areas, restaurants and pools. We had access to 2 buffets and 7 restaurants ( Italian, steakhouse, Thai, Japanese, American, Mexican and Mediterranean) as well to the different bars, snack bars around the different pools. We did not have access to TRS. Dinning options were very diversified and great quality. Complex is new and rooms are very clean with excellent staff service. The pools are clean with many activities during the day. The beach is great, clear waters, no rocks and very easy find a chair, same around the pools. "
