「Nice B&B perfectly positioned across the road from the Harrogate conference centre if your trip is for a visit there. I’d visit again if coming to Harrogate. It lists itself as a 4* hotel and that is why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars as it doesn’t have the facilities you expect of a hotel - staffed reception desk, bar, restaurant etc - but is a very pleasant B&B. 「Stayed here with a friend for 2 nights. Location is great, really close to the station 4/5 min walk max, and close to all the bars and restaurants. Stairs up to the apartment for those it may affect. Great to have parking. Comfy rooms and well equipped 」

「we had a very nice large twin room for our 1 night stay and it was really comfy. the only negative was there was only a net curtain up at the bathroom window and as it was at the front of the hotel there was something of a privacy issue.but that aside we would stay there again.」
