「Cedar Court staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The outside of the hotel and its reception, foyer, bar and restaurant area are beautiful. Our room was comfortable yet basic and looked like it could do with fresh paint as a lot of the walls were marked and looked a bit grubby. 「I stayed in a standard double room, it was a little bit noisy due to the squeaky floor boards in our room and surrounding ones. Room 213. Breakfast was good but sausages were a little dry and we had to wait for bacon (when it came there was a big rush which left none again and another wait for others. Staff were friendly 」

「lovely place with very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice touches such as fresh milk in the room every day. Restaurant served very nice food - not cheap, but very nice. We all like romantic dinners with soft lighting, but one of the nights the lights were so dim, we could not identify some the food on the plate without tasting it. After that we picked our own table with better lighting :)」

「I’m not a fan of self service checkin/out but that’s just how things are going. The room met my needs, the breakfast options were great even managing to order a fried slice of bread as a holiday treat. Would have preferred that the bites menu was continued into the evening service as sometimes it is just too late for a full sit down menu.
