"James is an eclectic property off Lincoln Road, a great location. It includes free parking. Parking is limited but we grabbed a spot. The associates and owner are very kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are simple in decor but very clean with comfortable beds. It was an excellent value, especially with the complimentary parking. "

"Upon arival the staff saud that they tried to get ahold of me because there was a problem with my room. I said okay no problem as long as i still have a place to stay. They said of course and asked if a double bed would be okay instead of the king that was reserved. I said no problem at all. Well long story short they surprised us and put us in a king room. It was very nice and we were very pleased."

"Easy and convenient to parks as well as Disney Springs. Super comfortable bed and bedding. The breakfast was just okay, nothing memorable. Coffee available in room was only decaffeinated only. Rooms looking tired, typical wall, paint and water damage. Nice pool and hot tub."
